MEET OUR FOUNDER – STALIN SHAHI
Founder, Bravishi Advisory
Stalin Shahi is the founder and principal advisor of Bravishi Advisory. With over 12 years of global experience in risk, governance, audit, and compliance, he brings both technical expertise and strategic foresight to his clients.
Stalin has worked with Big Four advisory firms and with organisations across financial services, telecommunications, aged care, the NDIS, and the public sector. His work spans Australia, the United States, Europe, India, Africa, and Latin America, supporting clients to strengthen governance, uplift policies and procedures, improve risk control, and build practical evidence pathways that stand up to scrutiny.
He is a Chartered Accountant (CA), Certified Internal Auditor (CIA), Certified Risk Management Assurance Professional (CRMA), and an ISO 27001 and 9001 Lead Auditor.
Before founding Bravishi Advisory, Stalin led major governance, risk and compliance uplift programs, operational resilience initiatives including business continuity, and assurance and advisory reviews that improved accountability, decision making, and organisational resilience. He is known for translating complex requirements into practical systems that teams can run day to day, without creating unnecessary bureaucracy.
His leadership style is collaborative and practical, combining deep technical knowledge with empathy and clarity.

MEET OUR Consultant – Subash Raut
Consultant, Bravishi Advisory
Subash Raut is a Business Operations and Governance consultant with over four years of senior leadership experience in the NDIS sector. He has led registered NDIS providers from the ground up, giving him a strong practical understanding of what it takes to establish, operate, and scale services in a way that is commercially sound, operationally sustainable, and aligned to regulatory expectations.
With a strong foundation in professional accounting and financial governance, Subash supports providers across the operational core of the business. This includes service delivery systems, workforce and rostering uplift, utilisation and productivity, financial controls, billing discipline, and funding compliance. He is known for strengthening the connection between how services are delivered, how they are governed, and how performance is monitored.
Subash works closely with founders, executive teams, boards, and frontline staff to design operational and governance frameworks that are fit for purpose and workable in real settings. He brings clarity to complex requirements by translating them into clear procedures, practical tools, and reliable management rhythms that support staff efficiency, participant outcomes, and leadership confidence.
He holds a Master of Professional Accounting and is a Full Member of the Institute of Public Accountants (IPA Australia), as well as an Associate Member of CPA Australia. Subash is committed to helping providers strengthen capability, manage risk effectively, and deliver high quality services in a fast changing and highly regulated environment.
